Every body and mind is different and training sessions based on individualized programs will be the most efficient way to get to your goals and reach your full potential. When you purchase this packet you'll get access to 30 sessions in total that you can book over a period of 10 weeks, so this will be 3 times a week. We'll work on:

During the private sessions, I will give you one-on-one training and guide you through every exercise to achieve your goals.

During a group session, I will work with you on fat loss, muscle mass and cardio. I will motivate you so that you can make progress at your own pace while enjoying the group dynamics. Join the group sessions on Tuesday (20:00), Wednesday (14:00) and/or Thursday (21:00).

Get ready for a high intensity training (HIIT) in open air on Sunday morning 10-11 a.m.
Sessions are given by 2 personal trainers depending on the number of bookings.

Would you like to start your working day fit and full of energy? Join the early bird sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday at 7-8 a.m. During this session we will do functional exercises that increase mobility in your daily life.

Would you like to start your day fit and full of energy? Join the Breakfast Club sessions on Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday at 10-11 am. During this group session we will do a more individual approach.

You can choose out of a bunch of programs for a duration of 8 or 12 weeks. We'll do an intake call together at the start of your program. Every 2 weeks we'll have a call to sit together and discuss how it's going and see how you're progressing, this way I can guide you as best as possible towards your goals!
In this off season program there are 3 phases.
- Hypertrophy phase
- Strength phase
- Power phase
This program will train on gaining muscle mass, gain athleticism, gain strength & power, get faster and jump higher.
